Currently, they are looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Job Profile for Inside Sales Account Representative
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage an advertisers’ portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness
  • Research and discover a fundamental understanding of market industry and client business models
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their goals
  • Personalise client recommendations to suit varying needs
  • Improve clients’ experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption
  • Reach and engage with clients over the phone and via email to assess product performance and provide insights to optimise their advertisements and increase their investments
  • Exceed quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling
  • Understand customers’ business and marketing goals 
  • Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
  • Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media marketing solutions and their impact on performance 

Candidate Profile for Inside Sales Account Representative

  • Must be fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, primarily outbound or inbound 
  • Knowledge and understanding of advertising
  • Experience in building relationships and multi-touch cross/upselling 
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solution mindset and passion for customer satisfaction
  • Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training, certifications and processes
  • Able to learn fast and adapt to continuously evolving clients’ needs and business growth
  • Motivated to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Detail-oriented and a team player
