For the needs of our trusted client, a leading manufacturer of protein bars in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Plant Manager to join their team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Plant Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Plan and organise production schedules to ensure timely and efficient output
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions where needed
• Lead and support the production team, ensuring strong performance and motivation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards (HSE)
• Drive process improvements using LEAN tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with other departments to meet shared goals
• Prepare production reports and performance analyses
• Manage production planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Oversee resource allocation to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Supervise quality assurance processes and uphold safety protocols
• Lead multiple teams or departments, fostering coordination and operational excellence

Candidate Profile for Plant Manager

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• 5+ years of experience in production and team management
• Experience with LEAN principles and ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication and leadership skills
