We are now looking for an experienced Training Supervisor to join their expanding team in Sofia and play a vital role in delivering effective training programs and supporting team development.
Job Profile for Training Supervisor
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Deliver comprehensive initial and refresher training sessions to new and existing team members
- Collaborate on the creation and improvement of training modules and materials
- Maintain accurate training records and complete all required documentation
- Conduct engaging presentations to onboard new employees
- Guide team members through compliance training courses
- Assess individual training needs and provide additional coaching as required
- Foster positive and professional relationships with all team members
- Keep up to date with relevant rules, procedures, and company policies
- Perform other related tasks as needed
Candidate Profile for Training Supervisor
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Minimum high school diploma
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of gaming operations and company policies is a plus
- Prior experience in a training or supervisory role is preferred
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both management and team members
- Adaptable training approach to match diverse learning needs and paces
- Comfortable using relevant software and training equipment
