Our client is a global innovator and manufacturer of high-quality machinery and engineering solutions, serving industries such as construction, aerospace, and transportation. 

Currently expanding, they are now looking to hire a Team Leader Electronics System Testing to join their team in Plovdiv and lead critical testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of their electronic systems.

Job Profile for Team Leader Electronics System Testing
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Lead the testing of electronic systems for cooling and freezing appliances
• Define and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate all testing activities to ensure test coverage
• Establish high standards of test quality
• Implement defect management and lead through risk assessments
• Document test reports and evaluate test results
• Define and optimise test environments and testing tools
• Communicate with stakeholders

Candidate Profile for Team Leader Electronics System Testing

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or the field of electronics, electrical engineering, computer engineering or relative
• Certified tester education (ISTQB certification or other) is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and processes such as PyTest, PyQT, LabView, Jira, Confluence, Git version control and serial communication protocols
• Embedded software testing knowledge with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Electronics department
• Experience with measurement equipment, electronic circuits
• Experience in test management and leading and developing employees
• Wide experience with requirement analysis
• Analytical thinking with excellent communication and organisation skills
