Description

Our client is a global organisation providing professional services with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions. Drawing upon extensive experience and specialised skills spanning over 40 sectors, the company provides Strategy and Consulting, Technology, and Operations services, supported by the world’s largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centres. 

Currently, they are looking for a Reporting Specialist to join their teams in Sofia and/or Plovdiv.

Hybrid working model: on-site presence required during the first 3 to 6 months

Job Profile for Reporting Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for headcount forecasting and capacity planning
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Analyse large datasets and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with planning teams to align reporting outputs with business goals and budget assumptions
  • Present reports and insights during calls with German-speaking partners
  • Share capacity views and performance metrics to support continuous improvement and ROI optimisation
  • Work cross-functionally to gather data, build stakeholder relationships, and apply best reporting practices
  • Identify and address areas for improvement with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Candidate Profile for Reporting Specialist

  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting or business analysis 
  • Hands-on experience in preparing reports from scratch (both scheduled and ad-hoc)
  • Experience analysing large sets of data
  • Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting
  • Experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Citrix Tool
  • Understanding of statistics and forecasting principles
  • Familiarity with business analysis and data visualisation tools
  • Exposure to Agile/Waterfall development methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
