Our Client, a leading manufacturing company based in Sofia, is expanding its operations to meet growing production demands and is currently looking for a Procurement Specialist to join their dynamic team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage sourcing and supplier selection for key materials and services
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency
- Oversee inventory levels, procurement risks, and market trend monitoring
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with internal and legal policies
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and track performance
- Drive cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile for Procurement Specialist
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- University degree
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement (direct and indirect)
- Experience in a production-based or regulated environment will be considered a strong advantage
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
