Description
For our client, a global innovator and manufacturer of linear motion and actuation solutions used in assembly automation, medical applications, and mobile machinery, we are looking for an experienced LEAN Manager to join their expanding team in Sofia.
Job Profile for LEAN Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Drive and inspire the organisation to create a Lean Culture
- Support the development strategy and execute a plan to become the industry reference case for the production of company products
- Perform tasks assigned by the line manager related to the activities of the department
- Apply and develop the LEAN principles within the company
- Find efficient ways to comply with ever-demanding rules and regulations
- Create an inspiring workplace with a strong and committed workforce
Candidate Profile for LEAN Manager
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken. German fluency would be considered a plus
- A degree in engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position and environment
- Motivational and inspirational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Result-driven and strategically oriented
- Excellent decision making
- Team-player mentality
What Our Client Offers
- 231.00 BGN net per month for food allowance
