Our client is a newly established Shared Service Centre based in Sofia, focused on delivering excellence across multiple industries, including customer engagement, technical support, and back-office operations.
They are looking for a proactive and organised HR and Office Operations Specialist to join their growing team in Sofia. This key role supports the Managing Director and ensures smooth HR and administrative operations. You will manage HR processes, office administration, and onboarding while contributing to the development of efficient company procedures.
Job Profile for HR and Office Operations Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Handle recruitment processes, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews
- Manage onboarding for new hires and maintain HR policies and records
- Organise office operations, including supply orders and communication with vendors
- Serve as the main contact for payroll coordination with an accounting team
- Ensure a welcoming office environment and assist with employee relations
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on administrative tasks and initiatives
Candidate Profile for HR and Office Operations Specialist
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in HR and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with an ERP system is a plus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
