We are now looking for an experienced Hardware Integration Specialist to join their expanding team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Hardware Integration Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Research hardware devices that best fit gaming needs and propose solutions
- Test and review electronic circuits for live casino games
- Connect and maintain hardware in the gaming environment
- Work with development and security teams to build and maintain a secure environment
- Work in a large collaborative team to build an infrastructure that supports a best-in-class gaming product
- Write microservices to gather and monitor hardware data
- Perform job duties in a safe manner
- Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis
- Write firmware for micro-controllers
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Candidate Profile for Hardware Integration Specialist
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience building and maintaining complex hardware infrastructure, preferably in gaming or live studio environments
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C/C++, Go, Python, Java, SQL
- Experience with 3D printing and designing printed circuit boards is preferred
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems and studio hardware integration
- Preferred experience with: Common electronic interfaces (USB, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, etc.) and Electronic lab equipment (Oscilloscope, Logic Analyser, Multi-Meter, etc.)
- Understanding of single-board Linux computers and strong network communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimise hardware/software interactions in real-time
- Familiarity with secure infrastructure practices in gaming or live production environments
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to technical detail
- Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Technically curious and proactive in identifying process improvements
- Capable of documenting and communicating technical findings clearly
