For our client, a leading company specialising in advanced financial operations in the cryptocurrency sector, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager — Crypto & Web3 to join their expanding team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Growth Marketing Manager, Crypto & Web3
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Design and launch creative growth experiments (e.g., referral campaigns, X threads, LinkedIn Posts) to attract projects to the company’s services
• Grow and engage an audience on X, LinkedIn, and CMC, to spread brand awareness
• Execute campaigns by developing viral content and partnerships (e.g., with influencers, and DAOs) to showcase the company’s value and boost visibility
• Remain up to date with what is happening in the crypto space. Leverage Web3 trends to position the company as the go-to market-making solution
• Optimise funnel by identifying and fixing bottlenecks in their channel to improve conversion rates
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth, identify potential opportunities, and make strategic adjustments as needed

Candidate Profile for Growth Marketing Manager, Crypto & Web3

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• 2+ years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or business development (crypto or tech startup experience preferred)
• Experience with crypto launches (e.g., token sales, liquidity events)
• Basic coding skills for automation or analysis (e.g., Python)
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and basic data manipulation (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Proven ability to grow audiences on X or similar platforms
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
• Track record of scrappy, high-impact growth tactics
• Able to build and manage connections in the crypto community (e.g., founders, influencers)
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment
