Job Profile for Executive Search Sales Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Partner with the Management Team to formulate and implement sales strategies, aligning efforts to position the company for success in Executive Search services 
  • Lead the execution of strategic plans to convert high-potential prospects into long-term clients
  • Conduct outreach to Senior Executives, presenting Executive Search services to C-suite clients and key decision-makers
  • Collect data and research the market in-depth to find prospective clients 
  • Engage proactively in cold calling to connect with Executive-level prospects and present tailored solutions
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads using market research, networking, CRM tools, and marketing resources
  • Transform leads into high-value sales meetings, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Deliver customised solutions that align with client business goals during presentations
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships by ensuring superior service and satisfaction
  • Offer bespoke solutions that address specific Executive Search and Talent Acquisition needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to refine sales strategies continuously
  • Identify and leverage new growth opportunities to drive business expansion
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance market visibility and build relationships
  • Report progress and metrics regularly to Senior Leadership to align with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to streamline lead generation and conversion processes. Actively support marketing with different initiatives related to lead generation
  • Report directly to the Sales Director

Candidate Profile for Executive Search Sales Manager

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken 
  • 5+ years of sales experience in European and U.S. markets, with regional insights and strategic expertise
  • Significant experience in selling high-value, complex services with a deep understanding of industry challenges
  • Experience with B2B Services Sales 
  • Proven ability to identify and nurture new business opportunities, driving revenue growth
  • A robust network of industry contacts that facilitates effective relationship-building and business development
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results without close supervision
  • Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues across departments, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
