BIM Architect (MEP Projects) – English

Description

Our client is an international architecture company with a vast professional portfolio of residential and non-residential projects in multiple countries in Europe. 

They have grown steadily for the past few years and are now looking for an enthusiastic BIM Architect (MEP Projects) to join their technical team in Sofia. The successful candidate will be working on architectural projects in the technical phase and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) projects (mainly ventilation).

Job Profile for BIM Architect (MEP Projects)
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Review, edit, and create BIM 3D modelling in Revit
• Perform data management and quantity take-off in Revit and Excel
• Create and coordinate architecture
• Prepare technical documentation for building permits and construction
• Be involved in MEP projects, mainly ventilation
• Work on 2D MEP projects in AutoCAD

Candidate Profile for BIM Architect (MEP Projects)

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Relevant University degree – Architect/Engineer with a technical background
• Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD and Revit are a must
• Some experience with MEP projects is an advantage, especially with ventilation
• Knowledge of BIM modelling software
• Additional proficiency in BIM-related or parametric-based software is considered an advantage – Revit Dynamo, Navisworks, Grasshopper, Vectorworks, etc.
• Experience with on-site construction is a plus
• Experience with quantity calculations is advantageous
