For the needs of our trusted partner, a leading manufacturer of protein bars in Bulgaria, we are looking for a B2B Sales Operations Coordinator to join their growing team in Sofia.

Job Profile for B2B Sales Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage and update the client database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Oversee the end-to-end order process, from preparation and documentation to production tracking and final delivery
  • Coordinate sample shipments, follow up on feedback, and assist in the approval of client designs
  • Monitor and track sales agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Serve as a key link between the sales, production, logistics, and finance teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely communication
  • Prepare essential sales reports, offers, presentations, and market analyses to support decision-making
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation in CRM/ERP systems (experience with Zeron, HubSpot, or similar is a plus)
  • Assist in organising trade fairs and exhibitions, managing necessary materials and logistics
  • Identify and address process inefficiencies, contributing to continuous improvement in sales operations

Candidate Profile for B2B Sales Operations Coordinator

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian & English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the German language is a plus
  • University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or order processing
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams and with clients
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Zeron, HubSpot, or similar platforms is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
