Currently, they are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team in Sofia. In this role, you will be assisting customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service across different communication channels. You will also collaborate with colleagues to deliver fast, reliable, and professional solutions to the clients.
Job Profile for Service Delivery Operations Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Handle incoming customer requests in German and English via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional and friendly manner
- Keep track of cases, update the system, and follow up when needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile for Service Delivery Operations Manager
- Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in Customer Service is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks
