Currently, they are looking for a Reporting Specialist to join their team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Reporting Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support capacity planning and headcount forecasting
  • Analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Collaborate with planning teams to align reporting with budget assumptions and efficiency metrics
  • Monitor and analyse forecast data and headcount movement to support resource strategy decisions
  • Share capacity views and reporting insights to drive continuous improvement and ROI optimisation
  • Work closely with departments to gather data, build strong stakeholder relationships, and stay current with reporting best practices
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to problem-solving and innovation initiatives

Candidate Profile for Reporting Specialist

  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting or business analysis 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI 
  • Statistics and forecasting knowledge
  • Knowledge in Citrix Tool, SharePoint
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with business analysis and data visualisation tools 
  • Solid understanding of business processes and how reporting aligns with strategic goals 
  • Experience in gathering and documenting reporting requirements and translating them into functional outputs 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
