Our client is a global organisation providing professional services with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions. Drawing upon extensive experience and specialised skills spanning over 40 sectors, the company provides Strategy and Consulting, Technology, and Operations services, supported by the world’s largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centres. 

Currently, they are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join their team in Sofia. In the role, you will oversee and guide a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves managing daily operations, providing coaching and training, ensuring high levels of sales target attainment with customer satisfaction, and driving performance through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Job Profile for Sales Team Lead
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Inspire teams’ performance in a concise and data-driven way
  • Identify and grow talent, lead, motivate and coach direct reports
  • Satisfy training needs and support the development of programs
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organisation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organisational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organisation’s internal capacity
  • Pursue actively strategic and operational objectives
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments
  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
  • Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Meet and comply with strictly stipulated obligations and terms under signed service-level agreements for servicing other functional units within the company (SLA)
  • Perform assigned own and team’s short-term and long-term KPIs and goals
  • Adhere strictly to all internal acts, rules and policies of the company

Candidate Profile for Sales Team Lead

  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • 1+ years of Managerial experience
  • At least 3 years of overall work experience
  • At least 1 year of sales experience primarily outbound sales upselling, cross-selling, online sales, or telemarketing relationship sales, ad sales, and digital marketing with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
