Our client is a leader in the online gaming industry, offering top-tier i-gaming services to players worldwide, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and enjoyable gaming experience.
They are currently expanding and are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via chat
- Assist customers with account management, technical issues, payments, and general inquiries
- Resolve client’s complaints effectively by providing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer service processes
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and promotions
Candidate Profile for Customer Service Agent
- Must be fluent in French, both written and spoken, and Intermediate in English (B1)
- Basic computer skills, including operating systems, common software applications, file management, internet navigation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to handling customer issues
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No prior experience is required
