For the needs of our trusted client, a well-established international company in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Office Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor management
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, and cost optimisation initiatives
- Coordinate facilities, maintenance, and space planning
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
- Support onboarding and offboarding, internal events, and employee engagement
- Provide administrative support to SSC leadership (scheduling, travel, documentation)
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to streamline service delivery
Candidate Profile for Office Manager
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in office or operations management, preferably in a Shared Service Centre or multinational setting
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proactive, service-oriented, and professional approach
