In response to the increasing demand for sustainable business practices, they are looking for a Sustainability & ESG Specialist to join their team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Sustainability & ESG Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Develop and implement the company’s sustainability (ESG) strategy
• Lead ESG data collection and coordinate annual sustainability reporting (CSRD/ESRS)
• Ensure compliance with EU environmental regulations (e.g. Taxonomy, GRI, CSRD)
• Work closely with internal teams and external consultants on sustainability projects
• Promote initiatives in energy efficiency, circular economy, and emissions reduction
• Support training and awareness campaigns across departments

Candidate Profile for Sustainability & ESG Specialist

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar
• 3+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, non-financial reporting or green projects
• Strong knowledge of EU ESG frameworks: CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GRI
• Analytical mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
