They are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Broadcast Technician, Team Lead to join their growing team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Senior Broadcast Technician, Team Lead
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead and mentor a team of broadcast technicians, overseeing shift schedules, task distribution, and on-the-job development
• Manage end-to-end live production setup: HD cameras, video routing, lighting rigs, and audio signal paths
• Coordinate lighting and camera plans and supervise the rigging, testing, and maintenance of all equipment
• Ensure smooth functioning of NDI-based infrastructure and troubleshoot real-time production issues across video, audio, and network systems
• Collaborate with production leadership to maintain high-quality output and compliance with broadcast standards
• Document workflows, implement SOPs, and propose improvements in tools, tech, or operations
• Represent the team during escalation, planning, and review sessions

Candidate Profile for Senior Broadcast Technician, Team Lead

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• 3+ years of experience in a live broadcast/production environment, preferably in a team lead or senior technical role
• Proven ability to manage a production team under pressure, across shift-based environments
• Hands-on experience with: NDI workflows, video-over-IP systems, multi-camera broadcast setups and switching, lighting (LED panels, Fresnels, DMX control), audio (mixers, mics, IFB, IEM)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead through change and problem-solving
• Willingness to work in a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings
