QA Analyst – German & English

Our client is a global organisation providing professional services with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions. Drawing upon extensive experience and specialised skills spanning over 40 sectors, the company provides Strategy and Consulting, Technology, and Operations services, supported by the world’s largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centres. 

Currently, they are looking for a QA Analyst to join their team in Sofia or Plovdiv. 

In the role, you will be responsible for performing quality audits, providing constructive feedback, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance agent performance and operational efficiency. You will be playing a crucial role by ensuring the highest standards of quality within the company’s managed services processes.

Job Profile for QA Analyst
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Complete quality audits of agent transactions each month as per an agreed schedule
• Provide timely, relevant, and possibly sensitive feedback to agents and their team manager
• Create and complete Quality Assurance reports and distribute them to stakeholders
• Analyse quality results and provide training, process, and quality improvement recommendations
• Participate in internal and external client meetings regarding quality processes, the quality form, or quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in and/or manage monthly calibration sessions with internal stakeholders and/or clients
• Improve agent performance through the completion of side-by-side coaching
• Maintain all quality assurance metrics

Candidate Profile for QA Analyst

• Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• At least 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role
• Good analytical thinking
• Experience in quality auditing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
