Our client is a global organisation providing professional services with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions. Drawing upon extensive experience and specialised skills spanning over 40 sectors, the company provides Strategy and Consulting, Technology, and Operations services, supported by the world’s largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centres. 

Currently, they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Sofia or Plovdiv. 

In the role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of contract-related tasks and ensuring the effective administration of contract agreements, while collaborating with stakeholders, handling issues, and providing exceptional customer care.

Job Profile for Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Handle cases related to contract management, order processing, customer care, invoicing and cancellations
  • Manage contractual agreements and ensure compliance with established terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address contract-related inquiries and resolve issues
  • Support invoicing and credit processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
  • Oversee cancellation and retention processes, addressing customer complaints and cancellations effectively
  • Participate in discussions on new products and integration into standard processes
  • Provide exceptional customer care and manage inquiries across various channels

Candidate Profile for Sales Coordinator

  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or complex Back-office processing
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and call centre software
  • Experience in the Telco industry is preferred
  • Proven track record in sales operations or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers
  • Action-oriented, accountability, drive for results, and collaboration skillset
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm with high levels of patience
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and maintain professional relationships
  • Good judgment, decision-making skills, and professional appearance
  • Goal-oriented mindset and team player
