We are currently partnering with a global company that provides business consulting services. The company has reported revenue of over 60 billion.
They are currently looking for an Associate Director to join their office in Sofia and engage in one of their largest international projects.
Job Profile for Associate Director
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage and oversee sales performance across all on-site programs, including rigorous reporting, strategic planning, and accurate forecasting
- Prepare and present performance insights in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reviews (internal and client-facing) to ensure alignment and transparency on goals
- Develop and design sales processes tailored for each program, ensuring consistency and adaptability across markets
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement within sales processes to drive sustainable growth
- Collaborate with the client Head of Sales to refine and execute sales strategies that are responsive to evolving market demands and customer needs
- Act as an advisor on specialist programs to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery on a global scale
- Cultivate strong, productive relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to enhance collaborative problem-solving and solution-oriented approaches, drive shared objectives and ensure seamless program execution
- Provide guidance and mentorship to program leads, empowering them to achieve excellence in execution and continuous performance improvement
- Establish a culture of proactive problem-solving, accountability, and innovation across all sales programs
- Take a lead role in identifying future sales opportunities and guiding thought leadership initiatives that elevate the team’s competitive edge in the market
- Serve as a strategic thought partner, bringing insight-driven recommendations to leadership and shaping the long-term vision of the sales strategy
- Be responsible for the performance results of service provision, develop a business plan and a budget, introduce a strategy for compliance with the budget and provide quality services
- Improve the quality and productivity of business, staff development and training at all levels and ensure quality and efficient provision of services through analysis of the results
Candidate Profile for Associate Director
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or a relevant field
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO, Quality Management tools and other applicable standards
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a similar position and activities of shared services centres
- Experience in management of service provision
- Experience across multiple sales channels; advertising sales experience is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in SMB sales, with a proven ability to develop insights and drive data-informed decisions
- Proven track record in Stakeholder Management and Influence
- Proven excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Change Management and problem-solving skills
