For our client, a global innovator and manufacturer of linear motion and actuation solutions used in assembly automation, medical applications, and mobile machinery, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Buyer to join their expanding team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Supply Chain Buyer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Process purchase orders (delivery date confirmation, deadline monitoring)
• Execute production planning (capacity and material)
• Handle planning and procurement of purchased components
• Proceed with order confirmations and invoices
• Suggest and implement continuous optimisation in the area of responsibility
• Follow up on confirmed, delayed and future deliveries

Candidate Profile for Supply Chain Buyer

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• University degree in Economics, Logistics, and Industrial Engineering
• Experience as an operational buyer in similar production
• Expertise in planning, production, and procurement
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word
• Experience with ERP systems
• Good communication and strong negotiating skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making attitude
• Analytical, proactive team player
