They are looking for an experienced and ambitious Group Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Group Marketing Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Develop and implement a global marketing strategy to drive market growth, brand positioning, and revenue
• Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all regions and platforms
• Lead brand-building initiatives, including product launches, thought leadership, and industry events
• Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, content, social media, and traditional advertising
• Align regional marketing efforts with global objectives to maintain message consistency
• Provide sales enablement tools such as product documentation, customer presentations, and training materials
• Partner with sales teams to support revenue targets and gain insights into customer needs
• Manage customer engagement and retention programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI optimisation
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation and professional growth

Candidate Profile for Group Marketing Manager

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA degree is a plus
• 10+ years of marketing and product management experience in an industrial sector
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in B2B marketing, campaign execution, and brand management
• Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills
• Experience with digital marketing and automation tools
• Knowledge of the transformer, power systems, or energy sector is essential
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
