Description
Our client is a leading manufacturing company that specialises in roof windows, blinds and skylights. Currently expanding, they are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels (showroom, phone, email, chat, and tickets)
- Process orders and prepare commercial offers using SAP
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, availability, and logistics
- Work closely with the aftersales team to resolve complaints efficiently
- Contribute to process improvements and operational enhancements
- Manage administrative tasks related to customer service operations
Candidate Profile for Customer Service Specialist
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Well-organised, proactive, and capable of working independently
