Our client is a leader in the production and trade of power transformers and step regulators.
Currently, they are looking for a Financial Controller to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Job Profile for Financial Controller
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the functions’ business and operating activities
- Present accurate financial data to internal users
- Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data
- Participate in the yearly company budgeting process
- Play a key role during year-end closing and communication with auditors
- Perform ERP (Syteline, ELMA, 1C) controlling module transactions as part of the monthly closing or budget/forecast process
- Participate in all the projects undertaken in the Functional Controlling department
- Follow the company’s confidentiality policy
Candidate Profile for Financial Controller
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge of IFRS standards and FPA – financial planning and analysis
- Experience with MS Excel is a must
- At least 2 years of financial or accounting experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Analytical skills with attention to details
- Good communicational skills
