Drawing upon extensive experience and specialised skills spanning over 40 sectors, the company provides Strategy and Consulting, Technology, and Operations services, supported by the world’s largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centres. 

Currently, they are looking for a Sales and Process Trainer to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Job Profile for Sales and Process Trainer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Onboard agents on clients voice standards, products, tools, and processes
  • Create and deliver additional training content for tenured agents
  • Design and support individual coaching plans in partnership with quality managers and team leads
  • Work seamlessly with client learning partners to implement and give feedback on training programs
  • Keep a pulse on the agents’ knowledge and sales skill gaps
  • Engage and shadow agents on the production floor when appropriate
  • Integrate training and learning opportunities
  • Coach teams to implement knowledge from sales training, with a focus on sales acumen and sales effectiveness skills
  • Stay up to date and proficient in client voice and products, sales excellence client centricity standards, and sales program
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with extended leadership teams
  • Lead the connection between training content and agent behaviours
  • Be an active participant in the Quality Assurance Testing and training process

Candidate Profile for Sales and Process Trainer

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • 2 years of experience in training
  • At least 1 year of sales experience primarily outbound sales upselling, cross-selling, online sales, or telemarketing relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering effective training programs
  • Understanding of online advertising platforms and sales techniques
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
