Description

Our client is one of the largest suppliers of industrial and plumbing goods in South-Eastern Europe. The company is certified by TÜV NORD CERT and is widely recognised for the quality and reliability of its products and services. 

They are currently expanding and are looking for an Office Manager to join their team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Office Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Perform all office activities, including accepting clients, preparing offers, orders, and invoices using the company ERP system, answering phone calls, preparing emails, and faxes, making copies, etc.
  • Meet the needs of both clients and the company
  • Achieve both personal and company targets set by management
  • Assist and support the activities of the Sales Department, including co-responsibility for contracts with clients and communication with the legal department
  • Assist and support the activities of the Purchase Department and communicate with company suppliers
  • Assist and support the activities of the Accountancy Department
  • Record and update clients’ contact information
  • Process tenders and contract terms to meet both client and company needs
  • Administer client accounts
  • Analyse and understanding the costs of goods, profits, and sales
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, fairs, and various conferences
  • Pursue personal education and provide training and support materials to other members of the sales team and the company

Candidate Profile for Office Manager

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • User-level experience with ERP systems
  • General PC literacy
  • Prior work experience in a sales company is a significant asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a personal drive for excellence
  • Proficient in building relationships
