The successful candidate is enthusiastic about learning and building a career in Executive Search from the ground up. The role involves research and daily contact with top level executives – C-suite and VP’s, and requires exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.

Job Profile for Executive Search Recruiter

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Gather business intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and key players
  • Conduct Market research related to Clients and their respective competitors
  • Develop a pipeline of high-caliber candidates matching client requirements
  • Source and identify potential candidates through online channels, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our internal database
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruiting strategies and techniques
  • Attend client meetings with Senor consultants as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets

Candidate Profile for Executive Search Recruiter

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
