Description

Our client is an international group software publisher designing, producing, selling and ensuring the maintenance of a range of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. These software products have been designed to help manufacturers in the design and maintenance of the electrical part of any type of installation. 

They are currently expanding their development department and are now looking to hire a Software Developer to join their team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Software Developer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Perform software tasks estimation
• Provide helpful feedback on other phases of the process
• Work with the latest development and server technologies from Microsoft (C#, .NET Core, F#);
• Control all levels of the application: database, business logic, services and public APIs.
• Build software applications across multiple platforms in response to the needs of stakeholders
• Understand the technical architecture and write software and automated tests that are aligned with agreed-upon standards
• Perform troubleshooting efforts and investigations when necessary 
• Implement the needed software components
• Participates in the engineering community, staying up to date on new software technologies and best practices and shares insights with others in the organisation

Candidate Profile for Software Developer

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 2+ years of professional experience as a .Net Developer and deep knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework
• Knowledge of Desktop application development
• Understanding of Front-end technologies (JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.)
• Familiarity with the most important principles of OOP – object-oriented programming
• Adaptable to an existing software solution and to drive implementation of new features to this solution
• Able to work both independently and as a member of a geographically dispersed team
• Positive attitude and commitment to professional development with good communication and collaboration skills
