Our client is an international group software publisher designing, producing, selling and ensuring the maintenance of a range of CAD and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. These software products are designed to help manufacturers in the design and maintenance of the electrical part of any type of installation. 

They are currently expanding their team and are now looking to hire a Senior Technical Writer to join their team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Senior Technical Writer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation and/or other relevant content that meet the needs of the targeted audience, and are compliant with the organisational standards and guidelines
• Evaluate existing documentation content to identify areas of improvement for maximum usability
• Research product changes to determine the scope of editing for the assigned documentation
• Communicate with specialists, sales and support team

Candidate Profile for Senior Technical Writer

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Technical or Linguistic field
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with MadCap Flare is a plus
• Analytical mindset
• Able to handle several tasks
