Key Account Operator – English

Description

Our client is a leader in the software development market for online gambling. They distribute their products to key players in the gambling industry, including sports betting and casinos. 

They are currently expanding their team in Plovdiv and are now looking for a Key Account Operator.

In this role you will dig into the complex but rewarding world of Sports betting and Online gaming, managing customer accounts, odds services, CRM and reporting – all on a large scale.

Job Profile for Key Account Operator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Answer customer questions and requests via email and live chat
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries
• Manage customer accounts and balances
• Record transactions
• Prepare reports for customers
• Keep record of actions taken 

Candidate Profile for Key Account Operator

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance
• Previous experience in a relevant role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Pack
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Great customer-oriented approach
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to work in shifts (including evening shifts) and weekends
