We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Sales Executive

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Find and attract international clients in the IT industry who are looking to hire in Bulgaria or enter the market 
  • Run the pre-sales within the region and provide compelling in-person and/or virtual presentations while delivering the full Blue Lynx portfolio
  • Recognise and prioritise key business growth opportunities and strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with a broad client base in Bulgaria
  • Maximise results and profitability of each of the accounts within our client portfolio
  • Collect data and research the market in-depth to find prospective clients 
  • Contact prospective clients via all relevant channels – phone, email, etc.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in the Netherlands to open new accounts, based on the collected data, sourcing and initial sales calls
  • Identify key decision-makers (Directors, Corporate Recruiters and Corporate HR Managers) and effectively turn them into leads using a consultative approach 
  • Nurture leads through the sales cycle and be the primary contact for business opportunities 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare responses to Request for Proposals, Proposals and Agreements

Candidate Profile for Sales Executive

  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the recruitment industry
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or LinkedIn is desirable
  • Experience in B2B sales within a services/solutions industry
  • Excellent corporate communication skills and etiquette 
  • An already existing network in the IT industry is desirable
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is preferable
  • Strong business acumen and an effective sales approach
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Computer literate – able to carry out extensive research using different platforms and tools
  • Proactive attitude, results-driven, strong hands-on mentality
  • Excellent eye for detail, organised, able to multitask
  • Willingness to travel around the country on business-related matters
