Our client is a leader in the software development market for online gambling. They sell their products to key players in the gambling industry including sports betting and casino. 

They are currently expanding their development department and are now looking to hire a Java Tech Lead to join their team in Sofia/Plovdiv.

Job Profile for Java Tech Lead
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Work with business teams to define plans/solutions to provide a stable, agile, and user-friendly platform 
• Ensure standards of the teams’ reachable performance
• Develop high-quality software, design, and functional documentation
• Provide estimates for specific software feature implementation
• Build unit tests for your code
• Ensure software is up to date with the latest technologies and standards 

Candidate Profile for Java Tech Lead

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in Software Development
• Experience managing development teams 
• Good communication skills and experience in working in a multicultural environment
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Working independently with defined problems on a middle-senior level in certain areas of technical/business experience
