You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and accurate commercial documentation and project records.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Profile for\u00a0Proposal &#038; Contracts Coordinator<\/strong><br \/><u>Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process, including timelines, content collection, formatting, and submission activities<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required proposal inputs and ensure alignment with client requirements and compliance standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, submission records, and related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Track proposal status and ensure deadlines and deliverables are effectively managed<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review, and process contracts, amendments, and related commercial documentation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate contract approval workflows, signatures, and document management processes<\/li>\n<li>Monitor contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and contractual obligations<\/li>\n<li>Set up new projects in Deltek VantagePoint following contract execution, ensuring alignment with approved scopes, budgets, and contract terms<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate project data, including work breakdown structures (WBS), billing terms, rates, and financial information<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Finance and Project Management teams to ensure correct project configuration and revenue tracking<\/li>\n<li>Update project records following amendments, change orders, and scope changes<\/li>\n<li>Support project lifecycle management, including project closeout activities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and reliable reporting within project systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>Candidate Profile for\u00a0Proposal &#038; Contracts Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience<\/li>\n<li>2\u20135 years of experience in proposals management, contract administration, project coordination, or a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting proposal development, contract processes, or commercial operations<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and project data<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Experience with DocuSign and Deltek VantagePoint or similar ERP\/project management systems is highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of contract management processes or relevant certification (e.g., NCMA) is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>What Our Client Offers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation aligned with your experience and location<\/li>\n<li>Remote working opportunity within a globally distributed team<\/li>\n<li>Fast-paced, collaborative, and knowledge-driven work environment<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to gain experience working with globally recognised life sciences organisations and to enhance your career development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"en-terms\">\n<p>Already imagine yourself in this position?
