Technical Writers to work remotely from Hungary, Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, or the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">In the role, you will create and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into accessible content that supports users and products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Profile for\u00a0Technical Writer<\/strong><br \/><u>Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, FAQs, release notes, and online help content<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineers, developers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather technical information and validate documentation accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content tailored to the target audience<\/li>\n<li>Review, edit, proofread, and update documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and compliance with organisational standards<\/li>\n<li>Organise and structure documentation to provide a logical flow, intuitive navigation, and an optimal user experience<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all documentation adheres to established style guides, templates, branding, and documentation standards<\/li>\n<li>Manage documentation throughout the product lifecycle, including version control, content updates, and release documentation<\/li>\n<li>Utilise documentation authoring tools and content management systems to create, publish, and maintain technical content<\/li>\n<li>Gather and incorporate feedback from users, customers, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality and usability<\/li>\n<li>Ensure documentation complies with applicable regulatory, legal, security, and quality requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support the continuous improvement of documentation processes, standards, and best practices across the organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>Candidate Profile for\u00a0Technical Writer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be fluent in\u00a0German and English, both written and spoken \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and communicate them in a clear and concise manner<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role within a technology or engineering environment is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with documentation tools such as Quanos ST4, Cosima Go, Smart Media Creator, or similar content management systems is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with markup languages, including HTML, XML, or Markdown<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating multimedia documentation, such as diagrams, videos, and tutorials, is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification in technical writing, such as from the Society for Technical Communication (STC), is considered an asset<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
