Operating across multiple continents, the company combine an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on innovation, growth, and creating impactful solutions for customers worldwide.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify;\">They are now looking for a <strong>Freelance Social Media Manager<\/strong> to join their team remotely from Bulgaria, Poland or Morocco.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify;\">In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the end-to-end strategy, creation, publishing, and performance tracking.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Profile for<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Freelance Social Media Manager<\/strong><br \/><u>Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and evolve the editorial direction for each brand (tone, formats, posting rhythm)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a quarterly content calendar aligned with launches and campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Monitor trends, benchmark competitors, and identify high-performing formats within the company\u2019s verticals<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualise and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (reels, posts, carousels, stories)<\/li>\n<li>Write copy: hooks, captions, and CTAs adapted to each brand and platform<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate video production: freelance briefs, shooting sessions when needed, light editing<\/li>\n<li>Produce or supervise static visuals in collaboration with designers or using tools like Canva\/Figma<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and publish content across the company\u2019s brands<\/li>\n<li>Manage community interactions (comments, DMs, spontaneous partnerships)<\/li>\n<li>Drive conversations around launches, drops, and ECC events<\/li>\n<li>Track weekly KPIs: reach, engagement, growth, and follow-to-CRM conversion rate<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly brand reports: what worked, what failed, and what changes next<\/li>\n<li>Improve performance by controlling the A\/B test formats, hooks, and posting frequency\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>Candidate Profile for\u00a0Freelance Social Media Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>3\u20135 years of experience in content creation or social media management within a DTC, e-commerce, or media environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in an e-commerce company or training business generating \u20ac1M+ in revenue is a plus\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Native-level mastery of Instagram and TikTok. LinkedIn is a strong plus for ECC<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Notion.
