Job Profile

  • Source and screen candidates using a company-owned CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Qualify candidates for job vacancies with clients 
  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Conduct interviews online (MS Teams/Zoom/Google Meet, etc.) and by phone
  • Represent and introduce candidates to clients
  • Assist/coach candidates through the interview process
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates
  • Confirm and close contract details with clients and candidates
  • Prepare reports for the HR and Finance teams

Candidate Profile

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
  • 4+ years of IT Recruitment experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter Seat account will be considered an advantage)
  • Experience in working with international clients/candidates 
  • Highly commercial, result-driven, proactive and with a strong hands-on attitude
  • Great communicator
  • Detail-oriented and organised
