We are looking for a Direct Marketing/PPC Specialist to join our expanding Digital Marketing team in Varna. This is an opportunity where you would be able to work hybrid.

Job Profile for Direct Marketing/PPC Specialist

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Develop, set up, manage and optimise advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ad Copywriting and Content Creation
• Manage the budget for the paid advertising channels you own
• Create relevant, informative and compelling content for the company websites
• Be an active part in the content delivery and approval process, checking copy and images for the tone of voice and brand alignment and overall quality assurance of the content
• Evaluate campaign performance
• Utilise Google Analytics and webmaster tools to track the progress of all projects
• Create search strategies timelines, calendars, and goals
• Work with the marketing team to implement and deploy strategy plans

Candidate Profile for Direct Marketing/PPC Specialist

• Must be fluent in English and Bulgarian. Any additional European language is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Google Ads or Facebook Ads
• Expertise in analytics tools such as Google/Facebook Analytics or Google Data Studio
• Knowledge or practical/hands-on experience with Optimisation, Search query reports, Keyword Research etc. in Google Ads
• Clear understanding of best practices in direct marketing
• Previous content/planning experience in an online environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Great web communication skills – both written and visual, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong copywriting skills with excellent grammar and spelling
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Creative and innovative thinker who enjoys taking initiative
