Our client is a leading customer service company providing digital marketing outsourcing, business process, technology and consulting and analytics solutions.

They work on different projects, each one different, exciting and with the possibility of career development. 

They are currently expanding their team and are now looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Continuous Improvement Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Identify, coordinate, and execute operational performance/process improvement projects
  • Extract and analyse data from various data sources
  • Provide a continuous improvement training to site staff including appropriate elements of Lean Sigma Curriculum
  • Manage customer experience coordinator to ensure transaction monitoring is compliant with contractual requirements
  • Support the conception and analysis of business cases and digital customer services structures

Candidate Profile for Continuous Improvement Manager

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Manage multiple priorities and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Self-Starter, open minded willing to try new ideas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
