Our client is a leader in the software development market for online gambling. They sell their products to key players in the gambling industry including sports betting and casino. 

They are currently expanding and are looking to hire a B2B Customer Success Manager to join their team in Sofia or Plovdiv.

Job Profile for B2B Customer Success Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Gather all necessary information and requirements to start a project
  • Work with clients to establish a timeline and goals
  • Coordinate and ensure on-time delivery of all project tasks
  • Pass day-to-day management of a project’s life cycle

Candidate Profile for B2B Customer Success Manager

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Must be familiar with research and data-gathering processes
  • Good social media knowledge
  • Experience in managing an internal agency implementation team
  • Previous involvement in working directly with client’s marketing professionals
